Returns Policy
1. Returns are ONLY accepted within 30 days of the original Invoice Date.
2. Make sure your item is in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, free of perfume, smoke or any other odor, with all original tags attached.
3. Accessories are not refundable.
*Shipping costs are nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was delivered). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please contact us at support@everdress.com
How Do I Make a Return?
Step1: Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Step2: Contact us at support@everdress.com We will send you our Return Form.
Step3: Fill in the Return Form and make sure to include it in the package with the invoice and the item [s] you are returning.
Step4: Send your sealed return package to the address in the return form.
As soon as your return package arrives in our warehouse, we will process it immediately and your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.
